Dash Cam Privacy Policy

For the safety of our passengers, drivers, and insurance purposes, we have installed Dash Cameras in each of our EnableLA vehicles.

The Dash Cameras will have both street-facing views & driver-facing views. The Camera is turned on during the trip session, however, will not actively begin filming until the vehicle is triggered by an abrupt event such as a hard brake, random intervals or a loud noise inside or outside the vehicle.

The contents of the recording will be stored in a secure manner and will only be used for the limited purposes for which information was collected, and we will only keep the recordings for as long as the information is needed for that purpose, unless the company has the drivers’ and passengers’ consent to do otherwise.
