The program provides reliable, affordable, and inclusive transportation for a diverse community of riders—including young adults, seniors, and individuals with mobility challenges—ensuring that transportation barriers no longer prevent access to essential services and opportunities.

Customers must pre-register to participate. Once they are accepted and registered, they can start booking rides. The Los Angeles Urban League (LAUL) website provides qualification information.

The customer can book a ride using the Butterfli Ride Booking portal once the customer is approved and registered through the LAUL website. The customer will receive confirmation of registration if approved. You will use your phone number and registered name to book your ride through the booking portal.

It is best to book your trip at least one day in advance. You can also book on-demand if there are available vehicles.

The program operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can book rides from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You can travel up to 10 miles from the point of origin (address you used to register for the program)
